Enactus Munich
and UP!

Enactus München is part of the global Enactus network and unites around 140 motivated students from different universities and colleges in Munich. UP! is one project from Enactus München and unites other projects of Enactus Germany working in Uganda. Enactus' sponsors and advisors are the foundation of the association, as their financial and professional support allows us to have a more sustainable impact.

UP! is proud to be a part of this global network and create a worldwide impact with our fellow colleagues. For the moment, we work on creating a network for the Enactus project from Germany. For the future, we aim to expand our network and are open for projects from Germany but as well as projects from around the world that work in Uganda.

Enactus' Mission

Enactus is shaping our future sustainably through innovation, team spirit and entrepreneurship.

As a part of Enactus, we want to contribute to realizing the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Enactus develops social innovations and implements them in various projects that solve existing problems in the long term. This ensures the sustainability of our work by establishing non-profit organizations that organize and finance themselves in the long term.

A Bit About Enactus

The different projects are the heart of Enactus Munich. In total, our projects are active on four continents in 8 different countries. Each of them is based on the innovative ideas of motivated students and is driven forward by a strong team.

About Enactus: About Us

Our history

Since 2009, Enactus München has been commited to solving problems around the world. In particular, the projects promote education, integration, water supply, health and environmental protection. Enactus regularly spins off social organizations, which then remain independent to solve the problems in the long term.

In 2013, Encatus achieved its greatest success to date with the OneDollarGlasses project that even won at the World Cup. OneDollarGlasses e.V. is now an independent association that has already sold over 100,000 low-cost glasses worldwide to give people in poverty the opportunity to see properly again.

On Jan. 17, 2020, Enactus celebrated its 10th anniversary with its members, supporters and sponsors. In a short video, Enactus has compiled the highlights of the last ten years for you.
